"I call the office on Friday and talked with Brian. You should know that not a big State Farms fan. Since Kathy Early retired my state farms stuff has been a shit show...excuse my french. I moved to Alan Thompson in Macomb Illinois until July of last year when he started working his son in his office and he is clueless. I have 4 life policies 3 which I have had for almost 35 years. I had vehicle insurance there too until last July when I had an accident and totaled my vehicle which I had just got in February and had a loan at the bank for it. I call and tranfered my policy from one car to the other, his son just said I didn't. Leslie would not have given me a loan at the bank if I didn't have full cover. My car guy even called and asked for the new insurance card and his son sent the old one. I couldn't make the payment and get the transmission fix in my old buick. So I now have to file bankruptcy. I then transfer over to Morton with just my life policies and for 3 months Gina Jeffries office can get it to be auto withdrawal from my bank. The 4th month i go to check and im told its all taken care of. So I leave thinking its all done. The 23rd and 30th of the month I receive overdraft fee. I still haven't seen your agent or even talked to her. So I submit the paper work they wanted and I still have not received my $60 back. So then I transfer to Jay Fox here in Morton. I asked to have a face to face with him and that was almost a month ago and im sure he knows I want a sit down with him cuz I asked if he could call to set up the appointment with me and she informed me that she does all his scheduling. So who is my the secretary or the agent. Brian listened to me...yes he is the secretary. But he also told me that his boss would be getting the message that I was coming to town this Thursday for my grandbaby's softball game and will be stopping by. Brian is going to have everything ready for my visit with his boss. Brian is a man of his word or I wont be sending another nasty gram. Im bring my paperwork for getting my $60 back."
